A little about me.

One of the experiences that shaped me most was my first claim involving a client's family after his passing. At the beginning of my career, I focused mainly on meeting the client's immediate request. That experience made me realise that planning should go beyond what a client needs today and also consider the people and responsibilities that may matter tomorrow.

It changed the way I approach every client after that.

I believe in understanding the bigger picture. Beyond medical protection, I take time to help clients look at other areas that may matter to them, such as critical illness protection, income support and the financial needs of their loved ones.

My role is to help clients make informed choices based on their circumstances.

What keeps me in this industry is the opportunity to help people while continuing to grow myself. Life goes through many stages, and I hope to be someone my clients can continue to turn to along the way.

For me, growth is not only about my own journey, but also about helping others grow with me.
