A little about me.

Not a CV — just who I am.
The Journey So Far

One experience that stayed with me was helping a client who was initially unsure about getting insurance. Not long after the policy took effect, the client had an accident and reached out to ask whether the medical coverage could be used. It could, and the experience changed the way the client viewed insurance.

For me, it was also a reminder that the value of protection is often only truly understood when it is needed.

How I Work

I believe in being responsible and taking every client seriously. I do my best to understand their coverage and assist them with the claims they are entitled to, based on the terms of their policy.

What It Means to Me

To me, this work is about making sure the protection we put in place can truly support someone when they need it. Being able to help a client through an unexpected situation gives meaning to what I do.
